Sirish Kumar Ravula
Chairman

With over three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Sirish is a seasoned professional known for his successful entrepreneurial ventures, including establishing numerous greenfield projects across various pharma verticals. He also has diverse investments in technology, consulting, sports, and gaming sectors.

Sirish holds a dual degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani and a Master's in Management from Sydenham College of Management, University of Bombay.

Sirish, in the capacity of Chairman of STIC, is the driving force with his business acumen, vast experience and astute leadership.

Subu Bhagavati
CEO

With over 20+ years of experience in Software Delivery, Subu holds key to the strategy and operational dynamics at STIC SOFT.

From driving business to delivering services to collaborating with clients to developing verticals, Subu is the mastermind in building brand STIC SOFT. Based out of USA, he spearheads the vision for STIC SOFT.

Subu hold an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University, USA. He did his M.S., Physics, from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, India.

Lakshminarayana C.
Account Head

Lakshminarayana has done his Masters of Computer Applications Degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University along with Masters in Business Administration from Osmaina University.

He held various positions in the IT Industry over the last 24 years of his extensive journey. He is proficient in Delivery Management, Client & People Management across Manufacturing, Life Sciences domain. He is currently the Account Head at STIC Soft.

Abhishek Telukunta
GM - Finance & Corporate Affairs

Abhishek holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Institute of Management Technology and brings over 10 years of extensive experience in the Pharma and IT industries.

Formerly with RA Chem Pharma, now part of Cohance Life Sciences, he has interfaced directly with upper management and is well-versed in the complexities of the pharmaceutical industry and its evolving business landscape. Abhishek is responsible for forecasting the company's results and deliverables, managing the overall budget, and allocating resources. He continuously enhances his business acumen by implementing innovative cost management systems.

Sreedhar Chavali
Director of Technology

As a Director of Technology with over 21 years of experience, he has successfully led large-scale technology initiatives, specializing in Solution Architecture, design, and implementation across complex IT environments.

His expertise spans digital transformation, cloud adoption, and enterprise migrations, ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions that align with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate customer experiences.

He plays a key role in driving the success of the Microsoft 365 Setup Program for Sandoz and leads Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for Novartis, overseeing the migration of legacy platforms to the Microsoft RPA platform. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, he is instrumental in setting up the M365 platform, leveraging Azure Core Services, digital transformation strategies, enterprise migrations, application development, and system enhancements.
